Time to Help is launching a new project in Wakiso, Uganda, for disadvantaged women. The “Sewing Course” is designed for low-income women and single mothers. The aim is to help them achieve economic independence and strengthen their position in society.
Many women in Uganda lack access to education and income opportunities. This course offers them:
vocational training,
support to start their own business,
and a safe, independent future.
What the course includes
Vocational training & certification
Participants gain theoretical knowledge and practical skills. At the end, they receive a nationally recognized certificate.
Equipment package
Each woman receives her own sewing machine and essential materials.
Business start-up support
We provide financial resources, counseling, and networking opportunities.
Social support
Time to Help covers transportation and meals during the training.

As Time to Help, we say that there is an increased need for humanitarian aid today. There is poverty all over the world. Last but not least, increased by the global Corona pandemic, the poor have become even poorer.
